Yoga

After being a long-time fan of many styles of yoga (vinyasa, power, heated, yin, Baptiste, and more!), I finally took the plunge and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Connecticut Power Yoga. 

My background in the medical field lends me a deep appreciation for and understanding of the human body. Expect a safe and effective practice. There is no injury, disability or setback that we can't practice around together. 

As an athlete and fit-pro, your yoga sessions can be tailored to your sport-specific needs or common injuries. After training our bodies to work in very specific ways, yoga is an excellent tool to counteract movements in order to maintain flexibility. Sessions can also be tailored to building muscle mass in particular muscle groups or stretching ones that are sore from intense exercise.

Private and semi-private sessions

Sessions can be booked in your home. I'm available in the metro-New York area as well as Fairfield County, Connecticut. Want to book, but don't have space to practice? Let me know and we can brainstorm creative solutions!
