My background in the medical field lends me a deep appreciation for and understanding of the human body. Expect a safe and effective practice. There is no injury, disability or setback that we can't practice around together.
Offering via Skype as well, but am available and willing to travel so that you can stay on track with your practice while abroad! Consistency is key!
As an athlete and fit-pro, I can tailor your yoga sessions to your sport-specific needs or injuries. After training our bodies to work in very specific ways, yoga is an excellent tool to counteract movements in order to safely regain flexibility, improve mobile strength, prevent common sports-related injuries by stabilizing joints, and developing functional strength where it's needed most.
