A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.

6 month health coaching program

A six month health coaching program is a commitment that you make to yourself to improve your health and general well-being. Clients' goals have included maximizing sport-specific athletic performance, becoming a healthier cook for themselves (and their families), finding less expensive ways to incorporate healthy foods into fast-paced lifestyles, and eating mindfully and happily. Each program is completely individualized and we will spend some time establishing your goals and revisiting them throughout the program.

As an athlete, I'm sensitive to the balance between the need for levity and energy as well as that hits-you-like-a-ton-of-bricks hunger that can come on suddenly after a heavy workout. My experience with boxers and yogis in particular lends me insight into eating for both endurance and strength.

Eating is highly emotional. Integrative coaching means digging into the why and how we eat the way we do. Understanding our eating habits is essential if we want to improve them and develop healthier ones!
